Dave is a Vice President within Top Stack’s technology division based out of the Malvern, PA office.

Successful in the recruiting industry for 10 years, Dave continuously builds profound relationships professionally and personally, which is his favorite part of this industry. He strongly believes that deep rooted relationships are the key foundation of client culture. He feels that it’s imperative to understand the company and group that you are supporting, which helps you deliver faster in the constant changing technical environment. Due to Dave’s strategic and technical mindset he has had great achievements with growing a new customer base and doubling headcount and revenue. He has served as the Principal of Business Development Lead and was responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational activities for new clients. Initially discovering the business in Harrisburg, he later moved to Philadelphia where he learned the importance of market penetration and refinement of delivery. A graduate from Shippensburg University, he has a degree in Site Civil Engineering & Land Use with a concentration Business.

Dave currently resides with his wife Melissa, his 3 year old son Bennett, and two golden retrievers, Jobi and Trooper. His family happily awaits a new addition to the family in the near future!
