Gina is a Tech Recruiter based out of Top Stack’s Malvern, PA office.

Gina is a dynamic professional with a background in marketing and business management, currently making strides in the staffing industry. Inspired by her mother’s career in recruiting, Gina found her passion in the staffing industry, drawn to its opportunities for helping people and the ever-changing nature of the work. Her professional journey began as a Marketing Support Specialist at a mortgage company where she excelled at curating strong professional brands for each broker, specifically leveraging social media and promoting compelling marketing content. Before transitioning to recruiting, Gina served as Top Stack’s Marketing Intern, taking charge of the company’s social media presence, showcasing her creativity in content creation across various platforms.

As a double major, Gina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from West Chester University. Notably, she served as an executive board leader for Delta Zeta sorority, holding the position of Risk Manager, which demonstrates her leadership abilities and commitment to organizational excellence.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Gina enjoys staying active through workouts, spending quality time with friends and family, and indulging in her passion for seasonal home décor. She is a basketball fanatic, playing the sport for 12 years as a point guard and serving as Captain for 3 seasons. Gina led her team to the District Championship in 2017. Additionally, Gina takes pride in her Italian heritage, embracing its culture and traditions wholeheartedly, especially the delicious food!
