Ish is a Managing Director within Top Stack’s accounting & finance division based out of the Malvern, PA office.

He’s a seasoned recruiting professional with a career built on strong relationships, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping people succeed. With over a decade of experience spanning recruiting, client advisory, and team leadership, Ish has a proven track record of connecting top-tier talent with impactful opportunities in the accounting and finance space.
At the heart of everything Ish does is a genuine drive to help others. He loves that his role allows him to create meaningful impact on both sides of the search: helping clients strengthen their teams and helping candidates find the roles that change their lives.

His recruiting career began on a temp sales team, where he quickly gained exposure to the staffing industry before stepping into a leadership role at a growing search firm. There, he played a key role in building the Philadelphia office from the ground up. During his seven-year tenure with the firm, Ish earned “Rookie of the Year” honors and was recognized as a top biller. From there, he joined a national consulting group, working directly with senior executives to support their most strategic initiatives and critical projects.

Prior to entering the world of recruiting and consulting, Ish spent time in professional sports, contributing to operations and scouting efforts for the Indianapolis Colts—an experience that honed his instincts for talent and team dynamics.

Outside of work, Ish enjoys traveling to college football games and collecting vintage video games, memorabilia, and sports cards. He is most fulfilled spending time with his daughter and family. His perfect day would be spent in Aruba, waking up to a Colombian breakfast, then enjoying a beautiful beach day, and ending with an ATV ride to Zeerovers for dinner.
