Jack Webb is a Recruiting Manager within Top Stack’s accounting and finance division.

He has a strong background spanning audit, technical accounting advisory, and financial reporting. He began his career leading audit and SOX engagements for public and private companies at a global accounting and advisory firm. Most recently, he advised clients on complex technical accounting matters and M&A transactions at a top national accounting firm.

Jack’s introduction to the recruiting industry came during his time as a Senior Accountant at a firm providing financial services to staffing companies. He prepared financial reporting for staffing clients and tracked metrics like billing trends, cash flow, and temp versus direct hire activity. This gave him an inside look at how staffing firms operate and grow, and it inspired him to make the move into the industry himself. His favorite part of the job is working with candidates to understand their goals.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys golf and running, and he hopes to see the Northern Lights someday. For Jack, a perfect day is any Sunday with an Eagles game!
