With a background in direct hire recruitment for accounting, finance, administrative, and human resources roles, Jess brings a consultative, people-first approach to every search. She has consistently earned recognition for her leadership and client satisfaction. Notably, she supervised a high-performing team that was responsible for $6M in revenue.

Known for being a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, Jess thrives on developing strong, repeatable partnerships that result in long-term success for both clients and candidates. Jess’s entry into the staffing world was serendipitous: after relocating to Philadelphia, a family member’s suggestion to work with a recruiter to find a job turned into a career revelation. One conversation was all it took for her to realize that recruiting was the perfect fit: a way to build a career helping others reach their professional goals.

Outside of work, Jess holds a 200-hour yoga teaching certificate and is an advocate for dog fostering and adoption. A lifelong learner and traveler, she’s passionate about language and can greet you in over seven different tongues. Her perfect day includes yoga, sunshine, sand, and quality time with family, including her two rescue dogs.
