Jodi is a Recruiting Manager for Top Stack’s Information Technology Division based out of Boston, MA. As a driven Talent Acquisition professional for the past 15 years, she has successfully developed and implemented recruitment strategies that support aggressive growth initiatives within diverse and complex business environments. She has demonstrated a keen ability to anticipate management and staffing needs and consistently identify optimal talent to exceed goals. She has partnered with a diverse group of clients ranging in size from Fortune 100 to start-up companies to source and recruit executives, middle management, individual contributors within technology. Jodi has received Top Performer Awards for exceeding recruitment and sourcing goals throughout her career. One of the keys to her proven success is her ability to establish meaningful and trusting partnerships through exceptional relationship-building skills. The greatest joy of her job is when a candidate accepts their dream job, and she knows that she has impacted their lives for the better. Jodi is drawn to the ever-changing nature of the technology industry with the ability to evolve and grow within the field. Jodi spent most of her career in Southern California where she started in HR management and transitioned into a Recruitment Specialist. She has held roles in the corporate, agency and RPO settings.
Jodi grew up in Orchard Park, NY holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Medaille College. She is also a Certified Targeted Selection Trainer, AIRS Search Lab Certified Recruiter and AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter. She relocated from Manhattan Beach, CA and currently resides in Boston with her husband and fur baby, Clover. Jodi enjoys reading, yoga, wine tasting, traveling and the beach.
