Karen is Top Stack’s Manager of Corporate Operations based out of the Malvern, PA office.
She is primarily responsible for overseeing our contingent workforce and consultant care operations. She is also tasked with developing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting various human resources programs, as well as facilitating many other operational projects. Karen is passionate about project management and brand uniformity and loves that her job offers her the unique opportunity to work with and learn from many different industry experts.
Karen has a strong background in project management and marketing operations, excelling in high-volume, multi-faceted, and fast-paced organizations. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Karen began her career at a marketing firm as an Account Manager, responsible for managing her clients’ projects from conception to completion. Before joining Top Stack, Karen worked for the parent company of three successful craft breweries as the Marketing Production Manager. She was responsible for coordinating hundreds of projects per year, including product launches, merchandise drops, events, and retail initiatives, across a variety of internal teams.
Karen is always up for a suburban adventure: trying out new bars and restaurants, window shopping in small towns, visiting historical and “Weird U.S.” landmarks, and filling her weekends with local events. When it’s time to slow down, Karen and her husband enjoy visiting different lakes to embrace the quiet with a glass of whiskey and a good book. She also enjoys mind-bending crime shows, puzzles, and is constantly redecorating her house.
