Margie began her career in staffing immediately after graduating from college, developing deep expertise across all facets of the recruiting process. Over the years, she has receiving various performance awards for her ability to manage high-stakes talent engagements for strategic IT initiatives, bringing structure, creativity, and a consultative approach to every client relationship.

What drives Margie most is people. She is passionate about connecting with candidates and clients alike, and finds genuine fulfillment in helping individuals achieve their career goals. Her ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships is at the core of everything she does.

Outside of work, Margie keeps an active lifestyle centered on Pilates and traveling abroad to immerse herself in different cultures. She values quality time with her husband, children, and their beloved dog. Fun fact: Margie once skydived from 15,000 feet and pulled her own rip cord at 2,500 feet!
