Mike began his career with one of the largest international staffing firms in the Boston market, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top performer. Early in his career, he took on leadership responsibilities, mentoring peers and building successful teams. Over the past 20 years, his strategic vision and consistent leadership have contributed to the growth of nationally recognized organizations, all grounded in a core principle: lasting relationships are built through transparency, accountability, and a genuine commitment to service.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and resides in the Greater Philadelphia area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, golf, spending time with his family in Ocean City, New Jersey.
