Paige is Top Stack’s Manager of Sales Operations based out of the Malvern, PA office.
Her primary responsibilities include providing administrative, operational, and sourcing support to the sales and recruiting teams, streamlining the speed and efficiency of our services. Paige finds the most enjoyment in the recruiting industry when her work directly affects people in a positive way, such as helping candidates and clients advance their careers and businesses. Paige also leads Top Stack’s training and onboarding initiatives, developing relevant topics, putting together engaging team trainings, and ensuring our new hires get up and running with a warm welcome.
Paige graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Paige began her career as a preschool teacher in Philadelphia. Paige has maintained her devotion to children by being the “Cool Aunt”—a fun and loving role model to her nieces and nephews. Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, friends & family. She loves going to the beach, hitting up concerts (especially country!), and watching the Eagles.
