Rich is a Managing Director for Top Stack’s Information Technology Division based out of Philadelphia, PA. As a highly experienced professional he specializes in Technical and Product recruitment in both large-scale and start-up environments. He has 4 years of recruiting experience from entry to executive level talent – by year 3 of both contract and permanent recruitment he successfully eclipsed $1M+ GP within a 12-month span. Rich’s passion is being the catalyst to ensure teams of talented, like-minded individuals are brought together to work as a cohesive unit.

As much as Rich enjoys his career, he believes that spending time with those you love is irreplaceable, and for him, that is his key motivation. He aspires to take his family and friends to places they’ve never been to experience the food, and culture and to see things they didn’t know existed.
