Ryan Cosgrove is a Managing Director of Top Stack’s Finance & Accounting division based out of the Malvern, PA office.

Ryan is a dedicated recruiting professional with over a decade of experience placing top-tier talent in Accounting and Finance across the Philadelphia region. He has a proven track record of connecting high-impact candidates with growing companies.

He began his staffing journey at a healthcare firm in an entry-level flex recruiting role but quickly found his stride in the financial sector. What sets Ryan apart is his deep connection to the local business community. He thrives on conversations with smart, strategic people, and brings a consultative approach to every search. Whether advising a hiring manager on the latest talent trends or helping a candidate navigate a career move, he’s known for showing up, diving deep, and delivering results.

Before staffing, Ryan got his start in financial services operations after college. While the industry appealed to him, it wasn’t until he discovered the recruiting world—a blend of client interaction, market knowledge, and strategic matchmaking—that he truly found his calling.

Outside of work, you’ll find Ryan pursuing a wide range of passions. He’s an avid hiker and soccer player and a die-hard Phillies and Eagles fan (Sixers get an “eh,” hockey’s a hard pass). A true foodie, he loves exploring new restaurants, as well as diving into the rich history of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

His perfect day is at the Jersey Shore enjoying a boardwalk stroll, jet skiing, and relaxing on the beach with family and friends, and then ending with a crab dinner and a quiet night on a roof deck under the stars.
